Author Profile

Dr. K.A. Ponnusamy obtained his M.Sc.(Ag.) and Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension from Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. He was a gold medallist and best Ph.D. student of IARI. Presently, working as the Director of Extension Education, TNAU, Coimbatore. Earlier he worked as Deputy Director (Extension) at National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad. Published many papers in reputed National and International journals and edited few books in Agricultural Extension. Dr. C. Karthikeyan completed his M.Sc.(Ag.) and Ph.D., in Agricultural Extension during 1992-97 at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore. Graduated MBA (HRM) during 2010 at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He is certified by AIIMA, New Delhi as an accredited management teacher in HRM. He Started his career as Scientist (Ag. Extension) at CIFT, ICAR, Cochin and later joined as Assistant Professor (Ag. Extension) at TNAU, Coimbatore. Currently, working as Professor (Ag. Extension) and Coordinator of KVKs in TNAU, Coimbatore. He published 16 standard books (with ISBN), 14 book chapters, 16 technical books, 104 Scientific and popular articles in International and National journals of the repute.
