Dr. Sanyat Misra is presently Head, Department of Horticulture, Birsa Agricultural University, Kanke, Ranchi-834006. He is serving that University for the last 19 years, apart from serving NBPGR, New Delhi as Research Associate for three years. Mr. Sanjay Mishra based in Lucknow is a Computer Specialist so it is his brain which has brought out this book to this stage. He has authored two books on Computer Science: (i) Bits & Bytes of C++, and (ii) CCC-Course on Computer Concepts; and (iii) a most popular book Soilless Crop Production which has gained its popularity throughout the country. Dr. R.L. Misra served IARI, New Delhi for 40 years as Scientist and retired in May 2008 as Project Coordinator (Floriculture), and then further served IARI, New Delhi as Adjunct Faculty for 5 years in the Division of Floriculture & Landscaping. Dr. Pragya Ranjan is an agricultural graduate from BHU, Varanasi; and M. Sc and Ph.D in Horticulture from IARI, New Delhi. Dr Pragya joined ICAR through ARS in 2005 and presently working as a Principal Scientist in Germplasm Exchange & Policy Unit, National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources, New Delhi. Dr. J. K. Ranjan is a graduate working at ICAR-IARI, New Delhi in the Division of Vegetable Science as Principal Scientist. As a visiting scientist he had been to Clemson University, South Carolina (USA) during 2012. He has published 41 research papers in peer reviewed and international journals, 3 books and 105 other technical publications.
