Dr. U.D. Chavan obtained his M.Sc. (Agri. in Biochemistry) degree from MPKV, Rahuri. He received his Ph.D. degree in Food Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland St. John’s Canada in 1999. Dr. Chavan worked as Senior Research Assistant in the Department of Biochemistry and Food Science and Technology at MPKV Rahuri. He received D.Sc. degree in 2006 from USA. Dr. Chavan is presently working as a Senior Cereal Food Technologist in the Department of Food Science and Technology at Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri. Dr. J.V. Patil obtained his M.Sc. (Agri.) from, MPKV, Rahuri. He completed his course work for Ph.D. at CCSHAU, Hisar and research at MPKV, Rahuri in 1992. He rendered his research and teaching services at Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri as Geneticist, Associate Professor, Plant Breeder and Professor of Genetics & Plant Breeding and Head, Genetics and Plant Breeding Department, MPKV, Rahuri. He also delivered many administrative responsibilities in the University. Dr. Patil joined as the Director, Directorate of Sorghum Research, Hyderabad in August 2010. Dr. P.P. Pawar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agriculture Economics at Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri. Dr. H.R. Shinde is a Senior Research Assistant in the Department of Agriculture Economics at Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri. Dr. D.S. Nawadkar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agriculture Economics at Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri. Dr. C.A. Nimbalkar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Statistics at Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri.
